I think this was very great, now Kharian is the Richest Tehsil of Pakistan. So you can imagine how kharian developed economically. This credit goes to Ch. Nek Alam. I met some people and they told me that Ch. Nek Alam sent people in Europe and even did not demand money to some and just said ok go abroad make money and then give me my money. I met his daughter too and came to know about allot of things and issues happened that time, like some cases on him that he is Smuggling people of Kharian. Everybody knows that thing is smuggled which is unique or costly and not common, not the poor or needy persons, to make their lives good and so Kharian.

Than after that Ch. Asghar Ali really served kharian, he was elected more than one time and every time he tried his best to do good for his people. Sui Gas, water, streets repairing and several work done by him. He was very gentleman and soft person, very respect giving. That is why Allah gave him so much respect that today we are talking about him.
I remember, in 1992 when he was Chairman, i passed Matriculation and joined Govt. Commerce College Kharian. In admission i needed Domicile and it was last admission date and also it was raining cats and dogs, i prepared documents and i needed his signature. He saw me from his office that i am totally wet and he realized that i want to talk to him or need help. He called me in, i said Sir i am totally wet and can't come in otherwise your carpet will be become wet and dirty too. I just need your signature for my domicile. He said with love come in son and don't worry about carpet, i repeated same. He insisted me to come in, so i entered and made his office's carpet wet and dirty, took his signature on papers. He offered me tea i think, i humbly thanked him for what love and respect he had shown for me.
